The team
Who's behind Career Klub?
Ratik Katheriya
Founder, Career Klub
Ratik brings 6+ years of experience across investment banking, project finance, sales & trading and private equity (real assets), with organisations including Avendus Capital, KPMG India, Gaw Capital, Alpha Alternatives and HDFC Bank.
He has also personally explored and cracked roles in equity research, chief of staff, discretionary equity trading and asset management. That gives him a practical view of not just the technical side of finance roles, but how candidates can position themselves, prepare and navigate recruitment.
