How and when you receive what you buy from Career Klub.
At a glance
- Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
- Courses and downloads are delivered to your account and email, usually within minutes of payment.
- Live session links arrive by email at least 24 hours before the first session.
- Delivery is the same for customers in India and abroad.

Digital products only
Career Klub sells digital products and online services only, such as courses, downloadable resources, live sessions and mentoring. We don't ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or customs duties, in India or anywhere else.
How you receive your purchase
After your payment is confirmed:
- the product appears in your Career Klub account. Sign in at careerklub.com/login with the email address you used at checkout;
- we send a confirmation email with your order details and how to get started to that same email address.
Delivery timelines

- Access immediately after payment, continuing for each period you've paid for.
If you haven't received access
- Check your spam or promotions folder for our confirmation email.
- Make sure you're signed in with the email address you used at checkout.
- If you still don't have access within 24 hours of paying, write to contact@careerklub.com or call +91 95572 03492 with your order or payment ID. We'll fix it within 3 working days, or refund you in full as our refund policy explains.
International customers
Delivery works the same way wherever you are. Live session times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless stated otherwise, so please check the time in your own time zone. Your bank may charge currency conversion or cross-border fees.
Your email address
We deliver to the email address on your Career Klub account. Please make sure it's correct. If you entered the wrong address at checkout, write to us and we'll help move the purchase to the right account once we've confirmed it's yours.
